Unlike those 360 degree virtual tours, custom videography won’t distort room dimensions and is as easy as pressing play.  We personally work with each agent to create a video virtual tour presentation that best features the home itself, as well as any of the amenities.  We offer three general packages depending on the property.  Our Standard Video Tour Package is an actual walk-through room by room.  Our Luxury Tour Package is focused more towards the luxury market and is shot in a “film” format.  The executive video virtual tour package will include a personally guided tour via professional voiceover.

With each package we provide an unbranded link for MLS, and a branded video file for Realtor.com, YouTube, or for your own personal website.  We also take photos with all of our video packages absolutely FREE!!

Don’t need a video?  We can also take pictures for only $95, and you get all the proofs!  We don’t limit the number of pictures you receive.
